Where do I find my order number?
Your order number starts with "CMS-" and was included in your order confirmation email. It can also be found on your invoice or in your WhatsApp confirmation message.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are assigned once your order is packed and handed to the courier. You'll receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details at that stage.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Contact us immediately if your delivery is overdue. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a priority redelivery or alternative solution. Emergency orders are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, call us and we can update the delivery address. Once shipped, redirects depend on the courier — contact us and we'll help coordinate the change.
